Who is World Packaging Direct?

Established in 2004, World Packaging Direct is a proudly West Australian-owned and operated family business. Operating out of Malaga, WA, we have earned a strong reputation for offering honest, reliable service and excellent value for money on high-quality packaging supplies.

Where is your physical office and warehouse located?

Our central showroom and distribution warehouse are located in the northern suburbs of Perth at Unit 3, 122 Beringarra Ave, Malaga, Western Australia 6090.

What are your opening and operating hours?

Our warehouse, showroom, and phone lines are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (AWST). We are closed on weekends and Western Australian public holidays.

How do you maintain such competitive pricing?

Our core business model is built on sourcing and supplying quality products directly from the manufacturers. By removing intermediate wholesale margins, we pass those direct cost savings directly on to our commercial and retail customers.

We offer a comprehensive suite of commercial food and hospitality packaging, including paper cups (single, double, ripple, and triple-wall), natural fiber containers and clamshells, paper bags, sushi containers, napkins, and food wraps (including baking paper, cling wrap, and foil).

Do you offer eco-friendly or biodegradable packaging alternatives?

Yes. We are committed to supporting environmental sustainability by supplying a wide range of natural fiber rectangular containers, biodegradable paper containers, kraft paper bags, and eco-conscious food clamshells to help local businesses reduce their environmental footprint.

Are your food packaging items safe for hot liquids and microwave use?

Many of our products, such as our triple-wall coffee cups and specific heavy board and natural fiber containers, are specifically designed to withstand high temperatures. However, temperature resistance varies by material. If you need microwave-safe or heat-retentive options, please check the individual product specifications or speak to our team.

Can I buy your packaging products in bulk or split cartons?

To offer the absolute best "direct-from-manufacturer" pricing, most of our inventory is sold in full carton quantities. However, if you are a small business or have restricted storage space, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you supply products other than food packaging, such as cleaning products?

Yes, we are a "complete supply" partner. Alongside food packaging, we stock essential cleaning solutions, heavy-duty bin liners, thermal register paper rolls, and EFTPOS rolls to keep your day-to-day business operations running smoothly.

Can I request a sample of a product before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We understand how important it is to test the sizing, durability, and visual appearance of our packaging with your food or beverage products before buying in bulk. Get in touch with our Malaga sales office, and we will happily organise product samples for your evaluation.

Delivery

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We offer fast delivery across both local and interstate areas.

Perth Metro Area: Typically takes 1–2 business days.

Interstate Delivery: Typically takes 3–5 business days via our designated transport company (or you are welcome to nominate your own courier).

Note: All delivery timeframes are subject to stock availability.

Can you manage scheduled, recurring deliveries for my business?

Can I collect my order directly from your warehouse?

Yes, absolutely. You can bypass delivery fees entirely by selecting warehouse pickup. Our warehouse is located at Unit 3, 122 Beringarra Ave, Malaga WA 6090. Pickup is available during our standard trading hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

What happens if I order a product that is out of stock?

While we make every effort to maintain consistent stock levels, high-demand items may occasionally run low. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to discuss a comparable alternative, provide an estimated arrival date, or organise a refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return and refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. However, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange if a product is faulty, wrongly described, matches a different sample than what was shown to you, or fails to perform its intended function. Please ensure you keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase.
